Breakfast was particularly nice, great views, magnificent location just off all facilities and transport links and main shops, coffee shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. Knowledgeable staff at the reception desk, did a nice job. Everything was simply nice.

The hotel was modern and placed in a functional-style building. The breakfast was particularly nice and there was variety of food to choose from. The location was absolutely perfect, at walking distance from an acclaimed museum. Set close to a river and a botanical garden, it was a plus.

Pity, but the views appeared to be not so great and the beds were very uncomfortable.

I particularly liked the location - very convenient for sight-seeing, shopping, transport. The staff were excellent and the food was good.

When I first entered my room - immediately after Easter - I thought it a bit dusty. However I came to the conclusion that the dust was coming from the air conditioner.Maybe the ducts need cleaning? Not a major problem for me, however.

central stay with easy access to brisbane's parks and attractions

I appreciated the fine views from my room on the 6th floor overlooking the Brisbane River and the South Bank, made every morning special as I stepped out for my city strolls, and I found that being right in the heart of the CBD allowed me to easily walk to nearby attractions like the Brisbane City Botanic Gardens and the ever-popular South Bank Parklands without any hassle.

Old stained towels need replacing!!! Outdated decor and worn furniture diminish the experience. Communication about early check-in needs improvement, particularly the online inconsistencies!!!

Sometimes there is a delay at service desk, waiting to drop of or pick up the room key. A card system in liue of key would be a better alternative.
